Apple Will Donate to Preserve And Restore Amazon Rainforest as Fires Still Burn (Tech)

This comes after Brazil turned down a $20 million fire-fighting aid package cobbled together by the G7 countries. According to data, the fires in Amazonas released approximately 25 megatonnes of carbon dioxide between August 1 and August 26.
