Facebook's Tuned App is For Couples; a Private Social Network to Communicate Your Feelings (Tech)

From what we can see so far, the Tuned app from Facebook reduces the scope of social media to include just you and the one you love. Photos, music, voice notes—pretty much all the stuff that you can do, and probably already do, on other instant messaging and social media apps.
