Facial Recognition and 'Trade Secrets': What Exactly are Police Forces Doing with Surveillance Tech? (Tech)

While Delhi Police refused to respond to the Internet Freedom Foundation’s RTI request citing “commercial confidence, trade secrets or intellectual property”, the tech’s supplier Innefu Labs claims it isn’t involved in anything beyond software maintenance.
