Apple's iOS 14 Added a Critical Security Tool 'BlastDoor' for iMessage, Google Researcher Discovers (Tech)

The security sandbox tool BlasDoor was discovered after reverse-engineering the macOS 11.1 running on the M1-powered Mac Mini. The service is said to be written in Swift, a common memory-safe language that makes it "significantly harder."
