Gojek In Talks With Tokopedia For $18 Billion Merger - Bloomberg News (Tech)

Indonesia's ridehailing and payments giant Gojek is in advanced merger talks with local ecommerce pioneer PT Tokopedia ahead of a public offering of the combined entity, Bloomberg News reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
