WhatsApp Treating Indian Users Differently From Europeans Matter of Concern: Govt Tells Delhi HC (Tech)

The court responded to the government's plea saying, "It [WhatsApp] is not mandatory to download it. Every other app has similar terms and conditions regarding the sharing of user information with others." The government argues that WhatsApp's privacy terms are unilateral and do not provide a choice.
